Mini Retreats

At the start of 2026, I wanted to create something a little different from the traditional one-hour Pilates class — an experience that allows you to fully switch off, reset, and reconnect with your body and mind.

That’s where my Mini Retreats began.

These sessions take place on a Saturday afternoon and are designed to give you a few hours of dedicated time for yourself. Each retreat combines movement, relaxation, and wellbeing in a calm and supportive environment.

What to Expect

Each Mini Retreat includes:

  • A 1-hour dynamic Pilates session to strengthen your body, improve posture, and build core stability
  • A 1-hour holistic wellness session, which may include:
    • Sound bath
    • Breathwork
    • Meditation
  • Time to unwind and connect
  • A detox organic herbal tea and a healthy sweet treat to finish

The aim is for you to leave feeling stronger, calmer, and completely reset.

The Journey So Far

The first Mini Retreat took place in January 2026, and it was such a special experience that I’m continuing to build on it throughout the year.

The next Mini Retreat is planned for June 2026.
